Information Technology Services is proud to announce the adoption of the Strategic Technology Plan effective 2022-2026. This plan captures the city’s enterprise IT strategies for the next five years as well as serving as the overarching strategic guide for departmental technology planning and alignment. Through a collaborative team approach, the Strategic Technology Plan was developed to capture IT needs within the City and priorities for serving our residents. We look forward to the implementation of this Strategic Technology Plan in the coming months and years.
