​The following resources provide grants and/or assistance in planning and developing arts and culture programming:

LOCAL AND STATE

The Arizona Commission on the Arts provides a variety of funding opportunities that enable schools, organizations and community groups to carry out projects and to maintain ongoing, high quality public arts programming.



The Arizona Community Foundation has grant cycles which are announced via e-mail and other media outlets. Staff members conduct free workshops statewide in advance of grant cycles to assist prospective applicants in preparing their proposals.



​The Virginia G. Piper Trust’s grantmaking focuses on Virginia Galvin Piper’s commitment to improving the quality of life for residents of Maricopa County. Staff work closely with potential grantees to ensure projects are focused, meet Trust’s funding guidelines and address longer term needs.
