​​​​Vice Mayor Ansari serves on 3 City Council Subcommittees.

  • Economic Development and Equity Subcommittee -  The focus on this subcommittee will be downtown, historic preservation, affordable housing,
    and digital divide.
  • Community and Cultural Investment Subcommittee - The focus on this subcommittee will be sustainability/recycling, neighborhoods, parks, arts,
    libraries, education/head start, and homelessness.
  • Public Safety and Justice Subcommittee - ​The focus on this subcommittee will be police, fire, emergency management, domestic violence, human trafficking, and courts.
  • Mayor's Electric Vehicle Ad Hoc Committee (Chair) - Learn more about the 2022 Transportation Electrification Action Plan and Phoenix's goals to make electric vehicles more affordable and accessible.​
