• Mail returns/payments for tax periods prior to January 2017 to the City of Phoenix Revenue Enforcement Division, P.O. Box 29125, Phoenix, AZ 85038-9125.  Certified/overnight mail should be sent to the City ​of Phoenix Payment Center at 305 West Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ 85003.
  

• Payments may be delivered in person at the City of Phoenix Payment Service Center at 305 West Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ 85003.

• Other correspondence may be mailed to the City Treasurer, P.O​. Box 2005, Phoenix, AZ 85001-2005.
