Automated Inspection Request System (AIRS) is a computer-based interactive voice response system that allows customers with construction permits to request an inspection using a touch-tone telephone.
AIRS was developed to support P&D's commitment to "quality development through quality service." Using AIRS, you may request inspections by calling 602-495-0800 from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m. The system provides a confirmation number to ensure that your inspection request has been received.
Requesting Inspections Using AIRS
Minimum criteria required to use AIRS
Prior to using AIRS, you must have:
- Touch-tone telephone - this allows you to enter information directly into the AIRS
- Permit number - this is located in the upper left corner of the permit form. This number identifies the address of the project to be inspected.
- Click on the Inspection Codes by Discipline links below to view the types of inspection codes available and select the appropriate code for your needs.
- Date for the inspection - In general, your inspection will be scheduled for the next business day. An inspection date is necessary to cancel an inspection, to check the results of an inspection, or to schedule an inspection more than one business day in advance.
