RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, NOR WILL A PURCHASE IMPROVE ONE’S CHANCES OF WINNING. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
1. Eligibility: Entrants must be legal US residents, at least 18 years old. Entrants must have a valid Facebook account as of December 1, 2015. Employees of City of Phoenix or their immediate family are not eligible for Champ Camp “Like to Win” Giveaway. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents and grandchildren, and any other person residing at the same household whether or not related. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Individuals are eligible to win only one prize within the giveaway period.
2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on December 30, 2015 at 8:00 AM MST and ends on January 8, 2016 at 4:00 PM MST (the “Entry Period”).
3. Giveaway Entry: To enter the Giveaway, participants go to
www.Facebook.com/CityofPhoenix. Once participant clicks “Like” on City of Phoenix Facebook page, they must share the city’s Champ Camp “Like to Win” Giveaway post by clicking “Like” and then “Share” under the post to be officially entered to win. Participants may enter once daily. The contest and entries reset each day, so reposting each day give entrants another chance to win. Entrants are only allowed to win once through the duration of the giveaway.
Entrants acknowledge that (i) the
Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with such social media platforms (such as Facebook) and (ii) information provided is being disclosed to Sponsor and not such social media platforms (such as Facebook).
Multiple entries by means of software-generated or other automated processes will be disregarded and voided in city’s sole discretion. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the Facebook account used to register will be deemed to be the registrant.
4. Winner Notification:
Announcement of winners will be posted each day on the city’s Facebook page and winners also will be notified via Facebook Messenger direct message.
5. Prize Acceptance/Restrictions: Only one (1) winner per household. In order to claim his or her prize, each winner must appear in person at Downtown Phoenix Inc. at 101 N. 1st Avenue, Suite 190, before 5 p.m. on January 9, 2016. If prizes are not claimed within that time period, winners forfeit rights to the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be distributed to chosen charitable organizations.
6. Publicity Release: By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant acknowledges that his/her entry in the
Giveaway constitutes that entrant’s consent to use, publish, reproduce and for all purposes, including publicity, promotion and advertising, in any media (including without limitation, the Internet, television or offline promotions), each winner’s name, voice, likeness, and any portion thereof, each extending throughout the universe and in perpetuity without further compensation, credit or right of review or approval, except where prohibited by law.
