We do not charge you for using the City of Phoenix text messaging service. However, message and data rates may apply from your wireless service provider. Check with your provider for details on additional costs.

To Opt-out or discontinue receiving messages, reply STOP from your mobile device and follow the directions provided.
Disclaimer
The City of Phoenix is not responsible for any delays in the transmission of text messages connected with this program. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider or network operator.
User Privacy
We will not share or use your mobile number for purposes other than the subscribed text messaging service. However, the City of Phoenix is subject to Arizona Public Records Law. Information you choose to share with us in text messages may be subject to public record requests.
