Price combined his shade structure and seating with native landscaping to maximize the outdoor shade, add color and attract hummingbirds to the outdoor courtyard. He designed a screen wall with a ceramic mural of desert animals and birds to make the area more intimate. Price collaborated with Michael Costello to develop the project. ​
