​Laurie Lundquist served as a member of the design team for Fire Station #12, a one-story, twelve-person, four-bay station of approximately 10,000 square feet next to the District Command Office.  Lundquist designed the courtyard area between the two buildings incorporating xeriscape garden elements, seating, paving and a shade canopy.  Lundquist also designed the street front signage for the facility.
