Silent SundaySilent Sunday<div class="ExternalClassC17D730ADEFE465F9F99AA848086187F"><p>​On Silent Sunday (the fourth Sunday of the month), roadways in South Mountain Park/Preserve are closed to motor vehicle traffic, reserving them for non-motorized activities such as walking, cycling, jogging and hiking. <span aria-hidden="true"></span></p><p>From December 2018 through March 2019, the Parks and Recreation Department will operate a pilot program that expands the Silent Sunday event to every Sunday of the month.
