The members are appointed by the Mayor and City Council.​​ The committee also includes non-voting members who are students from local high schools and colleges/universities. The meeting agenda, which includes instructions about how to participate virtually via phone or Webex, will be posted on the Public Meeting Notices webpage at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting date. ​*** Please note, meeting end time is approximate. ***​​​​
