Proposed Improvements • New driveways, curb, curb ramps and gutters. • Reconstruct existing sidewalks and curb ramps to meet current accessibility (ADA) requirements. • Reconstruction and paving of 13th Street. • Street lighting will be reviewed and upgraded where needed. • New storm drain system along 13th Street from Taylor to Moreland Streets. The City of Phoenix Street Transportation Department is hosting a virtual public meeting to provide an update on the upcoming 13th Street Improvement Project. The virtual public meeting will be on Wednesday, August 12 at 600 p.m. The project team will be presenting the current 15% design plans. How to Participate in theVirtualPublic Meeting 1. Call-in to listen to the livemeeting Dial 602-666-0783 , enter the meeting number 146 540 5497 then press #. Press # again if prompted for an attendee ID. This option allows participants to ONLY listen to the meeting. 2. View and listen ONLY to the live meeting using a web-enabled device with both video and audio. Go to www.tinyurl.com/13thStreet-August12 to join the meeting . To request to speak at the meeting, you must additionally follow the steps in Step 3 below. 3. Request to speak and/or submit a comment or ask a question during the live meeting Email agranillo@gciaz.com or call 623-825-3444 with your first name, last name and email address. We will email you pre-registration instructions. Please register by noon on Wednesday, August 12 if you would like to ask questions or comment about the project during the live meeting. This allows us to call on you by name during the virtual meeting.
