The members are appointed by the Mayor and City Council.​​ The committee also includes non-voting members who are students from local high schools and colleges/universities. The meeting agenda, which includes instructions about how to participate virtually via Webex or by phone, will be posted on the Public Meeting Notices webpage approximately one week prior to the meeting date. *** Please note, meeting end time is approximate. ***​
