​The City Clerk Department provides a diverse array of services to the public and the city organization as a whole.  The services listed below provide details for those seeking additional information.  You also may contact us at 602-262-6811.  City Clerk staff is available to assist residents from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.  We're located on the 15th floor of Phoenix City Hall (200 W. Washington St., Phoenix, AZ  85003).
