Lobbyist Information

The city of Phoenix Lobbying Ordinance requires certain individuals to register as a lobbyist. If you are meeting with a City Official (elected official, board or commission member, City Manager and executive staff, or department or function head) for the purpose of influencing action, you may need to register.  To determine if you are required to register as a lobbyist, you may review lobbyist regulations in the Phoenix City Code, Chapter 2, Article XXX.  A full copy of the ordinance effective July 1, 2017 is available  here.
