Deputy City Manager Mario Paniagua has 17 years of service with the City of Phoenix. He started with the City in Human Resources, worked in the City Council Office for four years, and has been a City executive for nine years, previously as City Clerk and most recently as Budget and Research Director. Mario also served for seven years in the U.S. Air Force. He has a Bachelor of Science in Global Business from Arizona State University.
