The Phoenix Municipal Court Home Detention Program is administered by the Prosecutor’s Office.  Eligibility is determined by the Court at sentencing.  The program allows offenders to serve a portion of their jail sentence at home while being electronically monitored.  All offenses except domestic violence and prostitution are eligible for this program.

The Phoenix Municipal Court Continuous Alcohol Monitoring Program (CAM) is administered by the Prosecutor’s Office.  Eligibility is determined by the Court at sentencing.  Continuous Alcohol Monitoring monitors alcohol consumption at all times (24/7), but it does not require people to stay at home to be monitored. The Court may allow a defendant to serve a portion of a DUI jail sentence via Continuous Alcohol Monitoring or may order CAM as part of a sentence in any case.
