As a victim of a crime, you have certain legal rights. The Phoenix Prosecutor’s Office has a Victim Services Unit and this online Crime Victim Services Center to help you with questions and concerns you might have, and to provide information and support regarding the criminal process. ​

Coronavirus Update-

MASK/ FACE COVERING REQUIREMENT as of 6/1/2020

Beginning June 1  and by Arizona Supreme Court order, a mask or face covering is required to enter the Phoenix Municipal Court. 

C​omo directiva del Tribunal Superior de Arizona, a partir del 1° de junio se exige​ el uso de​ cubrebocas o cubre rostros para poder entrar al Juzgado Municipal​ de Phoenix.​​​​​
