Proposed Cesar Chavez Community Center

District 7 Councilman Michael Nowakowski, District 8 Councilwoman Felicita Mendoza, and Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department staff invite community members to participate in a series of public meetings to discuss the proposed Cesar Chavez Community Center. The same information will be presented at both meetings.
