Parks and Recreation Services Update41Parks and Recreation Services Update<div class="ExternalClassAAF05150334C447D8616046CD40FBFA4"><p><a href="/newsroom/parks-and-recreation/1883">City community centers began a tiered reopening process effective June 7</a>. <span style="color:#f2f2f2;">#Community​Centers</span><br></p><p><a href="/parks/classes-and-programs">Registration for in-person summer youth camps and programs at 11 community centers is open</a>. Camps for youth ages 6 to 12 started June 7 and run through July 30. <br></p><p><a href="/parks/pools">Select city pools and all splash pads opened on May 29</a>.<br></p><p><a href="/parks/pools/programs">Registration for summer swim lessons is open</a>. Four sessions of lessons will be offered for youth ages 3 to 12 throughout the summer.<span style="color:#f2f2f2;font-family:"segoe ui", segoe, tahoma, helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> </span></p><p>Community members also are encouraged to stay active by participating in the FREE <a href="/parks/classes-and-programs">PHXPlays at Home</a> and <a href="/parks/fitphx">FitPHX​</a> virtual recreation programs.<br></p><p>City outdoor recreational facilities are open normal hours of operation. That includes all parks, trails and golf courses​.​<br></p><p><a href="/newsroom/parks-and-recreation/1807">All park amenities and sports complexes reopened on March 17. Who does not need a pass?

    • Visitors to city desert preserves or participants in outdoor programs at desert preserves.

    • Visitors using a facility in conjunction of a rental

    • Participants age 2 or younger
