Roeser Rd, 32nd to 37th St

​Description

The project will widen Roeser Road to include one vehicular lane and one bicycle lane in each direction. The improvements will also include new paving, curb and gutter, driveways and sidewalks, signing and striping, bus pads and streetlighting. In areas where the street is already improved, sidewalks and driveways will be upgraded as necessary to meet the City of Phoenix standards and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines.

Goals of the Project

  • The new bicycle lanes, sidewalk and bus pads will improve safety and accessibility for cyclists and pedestrians traveling along Esteban Park.

*Utility removals and relocations expected to begin fall of 2020
