Description

Phoenix has grown through the years and different parts of the city have different characteristics. Numerous neighborhoods lack sidewalks, paths, upgraded ramps for people with disabilities and other amenities that make moving around the city safer and easier. When working on street improvement projects, the city is required to update any existing curb ramps to the latest Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. This page will help you learn about mobility area and sidewalk projects that are planned, under construction or recently completed.

Mobility and safety is at the heart of what we do with all of our street transportation projects. This page is not inclusive of all projects intended to address mobility issues. For a full list of major projects, visit phoenix.gov/streets/projects.
