About Budget Hearings

Starting March 30, the City of Phoenix will host 12 Community Budget Hearings to gather feedback on the proposed fiscal year (FY) 2026-27 Trial Budget. Two of these hearings will be held both virtually and in-person in City Council Chambers. Community Feedback is a vital part of the budget process and is considered in the development of the City Manager's annual budget.

Information on Formal City Council Meeting dates for adoption of the FY 2026-27 Budget can be found by visiting the City of Phoenix Calendar.

  • Attend in-person at locations throughout the City. There are 12 hearings scheduled from March 30 through April 16, 2026. For ADA/Accessibility concerns or questions, please contact the City of Phoenix ADA/504 Coordinator for more assistance.

  • On April 11 and April 16, the City of Phoenix will conduct communitywide virtual/in-person hearings. Residents can attend virtually or in-person.
