3rd Avenue from Thomas Road to Earll Drive Drainage Project
The City of Phoenix City Engineer's Office will begin construction of a drainage improvement project along 3rd Avenue between Thomas Road and Earll Drive. This project will address the current flooding in the area.
Project Overview
To address past incidents of flooding, the City will install catch basin inlets and storm drain infrastructure to safely and efficiently carry excess water away from the street and landscaping elements.
