All approved uses of Gen AI has been through a rigorous technical review and committee approval process. The uses of Gen AI at the City have been posted here to maintain transparency and explainability.
Potential Use Cases
Examples of potential applications of Gen AI in the context of City functions include but are not limited to resident engagement with City contact centers, tailoring public services to individual residents, process automation and efficiencies, and rapid response to cyber threats.
