Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Resources

As a recipient of Fede​ral Transit Administration (FTA) funding, the City of Phoenix provides the following resource information for DBEs.

DBE Certification

To learn more about becoming certified as a DBE you must apply online with one of the three Arizona Unified Certification Partners (AZUCP).

City of Phoenix - for all firms located in Maricopa County, AZ and for any firm seeking airport concession as a DBE (ACDBE).

City of Tucson - for all firms located in Pima County, AZ.

Arizona Department of Transportation - all firms located outside of Maricopa and Pima counties and any firm seeking interstate application.
