Dementia-Friendly Air Travel Workshop

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, a dementia friendly airport, wants to help people living with dementia and their care partners.We want to help minimize the stress of airports,allowing everyone to successfully travel longer and safer. This FREE workshop is intended for caregivers of persons living with dementia who want to maintain air travel with their loved ones. Learn how to plan and navigate airports and air travel.Representatives from the airlines, TSA and the City of Phoenix Aviation Department will present valuable information.

An optional two-hour tour of specific locations of the airport will be conducted following the workshop.

Respite care will not be provided during the workshop.
