City Council Chambers, 200 W. Jefferson St. (via Web ex)A Work Study Session is a less formal session for the City Council to review and discuss together ideas and information that in the future could lead to formation of new or revised policies, ordinances and programs.
The Council will discuss their ideas in public, allowing for open dialogue and communication among Council and staff. Any action or direction given by the Council will return to an open, public City Council meeting at a date specified for formal action and public comment.
This Work Study Session will be televised and open to the public. Because there will be no formal actions adopted, there will be no time scheduled for public comment.
