Lydia Abarca, Gayle McKinney-Griffith, Sheila Rohan, Marcia Sells, and Karlya Shelton were five of the earliest ballerinas at Dance Theatre of Harlem. Frequently forgotten in dance history, discover the lives of five women who blazed new trails in the world of ballet.
