Please submit your completed Request for Court Records form in person, by email, by fax, or by mail. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing, at which time Court staff will notify you with the cost of your request. Each request is processed in the order in which it is received.
Motions and other requests of the Court may be submitted by email using the form below. If you are submitting documents for review, please email them directly to firstname.lastname@example.org. When submitting documents, please include information that will help us process your request. For example, Defendant Name, Case or Complaint Number, Date of Birth, and contact information.
