State, County & Local Resources

The City of Phoenix Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management is responsible for managing preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery at a local level.  We will do all we can to help Phoenix residents with managing emergencies before, during and after an event, but we cannot do it without the support of our state and regional stakeholders.  Below are additional resources with a brief description of what they may be able to do to assist you, along with contact information.

It takes a village to help in times of need.  Thank you to our state and regional partners for all you do to help!
