The City of Phoenix Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management is responsible for managing preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery at a local level. We will do all we can to help Phoenix residents with managing emergencies before, during and after an event, but we cannot do it without the support of our state and regional stakeholders.
