“Today's successful State Trust Land auction marks a historic milestone for Arizona's semiconductor industry and our economic future. This land acquisition enables Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) to continue building a world-class semiconductor campus that will create thousands of high-quality jobs and generate billions of dollars in economic activity for decades to come, while the revenue from this sale directly benefits Arizona's K-12 education system.

What makes this particularly exciting is how this expansion integrates into the broader NorthPark master-planned community. NorthPark will support new housing, local services, infrastructure, and preserved open space, ensuring that economic expansion translates into real benefits for residents. Phoenix has been intentional in planning for this moment.
