Phoenix Seeks Community Feedback on Accessibility Within the City’s Right-of-Way

The City of Phoenix is working to make the city more accessible and enjoyable to people with disabilities while also ensuring compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). A crucial part of this process is conducting an ADA Self-Evaluation to identify access barriers at city facilities. The self-evaluation began August of 2021 and will continue through January of 2028.

The City of Phoenix Equal Opportunity Department is seeking input from the public about its degree of accessibility and feedback on what is important to members of the community living with disabilities. Community input is valuable to help ensure the City continues to provide access for people with disabilities through its facilities and programs. This survey will also assist in the prioritization of proposed improvements. Citizens are encouraged to participate by completing this survey.
