New Transitional Housing for Seniors
The City of Phoenix is proud to celebrate the Phase I opening of Senior Bridge, a new transitional housing site for adults 55+ who need light‑touch support on their path to permanent housing. The City contributed $750,000 for these 40 units and is further investing $9.6 million in the project’s second phase which will be comprised of 56 units of affordable housing. Senior Bridge is partnering with Mercy House, which will operate the site and work with City‑owned shelters to connect eligible residents to this safe, stable housing option.
