Get ready to Let it GLOW! 🎄
The 38th annual APS Electric Light Parade is happening this Saturday, December 6, 2025! The parade begins at 7:00 p.m. and will last approximately 1.5 hours from beginning to end. This year's theme is Let it Glow, promising festive floats, illuminated displays, marching bands, performers and a surprise guest to close out the parade. Read on for everything you need to know to prepare!
Parade RouteÂ
- Starting Location: Central Ave and Montebello Ave
- Endling Location: 7th St and Indian School RdÂ
Road Closures
- Central Ave: Camelback Rd to Bethany Home Rd
- 7th St: Indian School Rd to Osborn Rd
- Camelback Rd: 1st Ave to 7th St
What to Know (Before You Go) ✅
- Free, family-friendly event
- Rain or shine event - dress accordingly!Â
- Street parking only! We recommend taking the light rail and walking to the parade route.
- All viewing spots are first-come-first-served, come early to secure a good spot.Â
- You may bring coolers, snacks and drinks but no alcohol or glass containersÂ
- Bring your own chairs for comfort and blankets to keep warm - it gets chilly!Â
- Stay safe! Stay behind the barricades during the parade and obey law enforcement and parade staff!Â
- Portable toilets will be available along the parade routeÂ
- Be respectful of others and have fun!Â
