The Phoenix Police Department is looking for feedback on the new “First Amendment Facilitation and Management,” policy. Oncefinalized, this policy will serve as the guide for how the department responds to large scale gatherings in the community.

As part of the Department’s ongoing commitment to transparency with the community we serve, we are seeking public input on major policy revisions.
The public input and comment period will last 30 days beginning on Friday , September 27 and ending on Sunday , October 27. The public is invited and encouraged to review the policy and submit feedback using the "click here to provide feedback," button at the bottom of the draft policy.
All comments will be reviewed and taken into consideration before the policy is finalized .
