After decades of investigation, detectives with the Phoenix Police Department's Cold Case Homicide Unit have arrested a suspect in the heinous 1998 murder of Sarah Carr, a 28-year-old mother of six. After 26 years, Sarah's family can now rest easy knowing justice will be served.
