Open during the summer months, City of Phoenix pools are a great place to learn how to swim, attend a special event, exercise or just cool off.


City of Phoenix pools will be OPEN in summer 2021​​ ​

Registration for swim lessons is OPEN (details below). All swim lessons are FREE.​​

General Information about Summer 2021



In 2021, City of Phoenix pools will offer FREE swim lessons for youth ages 3 to 12, and open swim hours for all ages and abilities.
















Pools
Phoenix's public pools are open six days a week seasonally from Memorial Day weekend (May 29) through July (closed Fridays), and on weekends only in August through Labor Day.

The following pools will be open during summer 2021 - Cortez, Deer Valley, El Prado, Encanto, Falcon, Maryvale, Paradise Valley, Pecos, Perry, Starlight, Sunnyslope and University.

Splash Pads
City splash pads are open seasonally the last Saturday in May through October 1, and are located in Altadena, Civic Space, Dust Devil, Edison, Francisco Highland, Mountain Vista, Nuestro, Pecos and Trailside Point parks

A splash pad is also located in the Fiesta Bowl PLAY at Hance Park and in CityScape Park

 ​
