SUMMER UPDATE:

During the summer months, June to August the City of Phoenix, sets aside time for turf recovery, improvements, and maintenance to athletic fields. Reservation Guidelines:

• Reservations may be made online, or in-person at most Phoenix Parks and Recreation Community Centers and Administrative Offices.​

• A maximum of four hours of total field time may be on reserve at any one time. Reservation blocks are 2 hours and made on the even hours.  Most lighted athletic fields are available to book from 4​ p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday thru Friday and on weekends from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.  Athletic fields without lights are available from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. only.
  

• Reservations must be made a minimum of three days in advance, and a maximum of 30 days in advance of use.​

• Youth rates apply only when all team members are 17 years old or younger.
  

• A reservation guarantees exclusive use of the field.
  

• Services and equipment, such as setting bases or soccer goal nets, are not provided.

• Sports organizations with 4 or more teams are eligible to apply for seasonal field allocations.
  
  Cancelation Policy: In order to receive a refund, cancelation of a reservation is required three days prior to the reservation date.
