The city boasts two full-service tennis centers that offer leagues, reservable courts and professional instruction.​

Additionally, dozens of free-to-use tennis courts are located throughout Phoenix at many community parks.

​Renovations to Phoenix Tennis Center were completed in 2014. The facility features 25 post-tension courts, lighting, drinking fountains, benches and shade canopies.

Court fees:
$1.50 per person, based on 90-minute session. $2.20 fee per court session for lights.

Lessons available for all levels of play. Prices vary according to group size, length of session and teaching professional's program.​


Pickleball is a paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels that is played on a court similar to a traditional tennis court. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.  Learn more about pickleball from the USA Pickleball Association (USAPA).
