Tennis

The Phoenix Tennis Center is a full-service tennis facility that offers leagues, tournaments, reservable courts, professional instruction and a pro shop.​

Several other multi-sports complexes are located citywide that offer tennis resources, including reservable courts, leagues and lessons.

Additionally, there are dozens of city parks that feature non-reservable tennis courts and multi-use courts that are appropriate for tennis play.

** Starting on September 1, 2019, the Phoenix Tennis Center will be operated by Ragland Tennis Services. The facility will be closed from August 31 to September 14 as this new contractor takes occupancy. The center is scheduled to reopen on September 15. Customers are encouraged to contact Ragland Tennis Services by e-mail.

Renovations to Phoenix Tennis Center were completed in 2014. The facility features 25 post-tension courts, lighting, drinking fountains, benches and shade canopies. A new pro shop was built in 2018.

Pickle​ball

Pickleball is a paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels that is played on a court similar to a traditional tennis court. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. Learn more about pickleball from the USA Pickleball Association (USAPA).
