Register as a Victim

Welcome to the Phoenix Police Department’s Adult Sex Crimes Cold Case Registry

Pursuant to ARS 13-4271, the Adult Sex Crimes Registry is for victims and approved family members or other lawful representatives of a victim of a cold case sexual assault who wish to be included in the registry.

The Registry provides the following:

  1. The contact information for the law enforcement agency.
  2. Information on any new developments with the cold case.
  3. Provides a way for registrants to contact the law enforcement agency if the registrant is aware of any new information related to the cold case.

Using current contact information, the victim or approved victim family member or lawful representative of the victim will be notified if something new happens with the case.  Given the sensitive nature of this type crime, we recommend that the victim of the cold case be the primary contact of the Registry.

When we receive the completed form it will be reviewed to ensure that the person who is registering is actually a victim or lawful representative and then that person will be notified of his/her inclusion on the registry.
