The Phoenix Police Department understands the importance of building and maintaining effective community partnerships. Often, these partnerships work behind the scenes to increase the quality of life for the residents of Phoenix; however, the Department is highlighting community engagement as a way to increase connectivity. The Phoenix Police Department's Community Engagement Bureau (CEB) is the central hub for citywide community engagement. CEB routinely works with personnel from all seven precincts to enhance the quality of life for the residents of Phoenix.
