​​​​​Twice annually, the Phoenix Street Transportation Department does a comprehensive review of Phoenix City Code, Section 36-158, Schedul​e I - Local Speed Limits. In December 2023, Phoenix City Council approved record keeping and local speed limit changes at the 15 locations summarized below.​​​​​​​

Prima Facie Speed Limit 30 mph At All Times​
