Extension of Premises
An Extension of Premises allows a licensed liquor establishment to temporarily expand its service area into an adjacent contiguous space, often for special events or patio areas. This requires approval from both the City of Phoenix and the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control. The Extension of Premises application is submitted to the Planning and Development Department for review.
