Small Business Programs

The City actively supports utilization of Small Business Enterprises on City contracts as both primes and subcontractors. Each City department establishes plans and annual voluntary goals for SBE inclusion in consulting and purchasing contracts. The city defines SBE firms as certified small business at least 51% owned by an economically disadvantaged individual in race neutral environment.
