Discrimination Involving Aviation Department (Title VI)
Phoenix Sky Harbor International (PHX), Phoenix Deer Valley (DVT), and Phoenix Goodyear (GYR) Airports are committed to a policy of non-discrimination in the conduct of their business, including its responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which provides for the delivery of equitable and accessible airport services. As the owner of these airports, the City of Phoenix recognizes its responsibilities to the communities in which it operates and to the society it serves.
It is the policy of the City of Phoenix that no person shall be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination in the receipt of its services on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, creed, religion, disability, or any other federally protected category as protected by the ADA and Title VI.
If you believe that you have been excluded, denied benefits, or subjected to discrimination, you may file a complaint with Ira McCullough, City of Phoenix Aviation Department's ADA/Title VI Compliance Program Manager, within 180 days of the date of the alleged discrimination.
