Maryvale Parkway Terrace consists of 108 one-bedroom apartments, each approximately 520 square feet. The units accommodate no more than two people and include electric and water utilities.
This community is subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) with rental cost based on household income. Residents pay 30% of their adjusted annual income or 10% of gross income for rent, whichever is greater.
