Construction permits are required for:
- New homes
- Remodels or additions, such as:
- Garage/carport construction or conversion
- Porch enclosures
- Demolition
- Patio covers
- Fences/walls
- Other construction projects

Appointments - Residential Standard Plan Review
Appointments are available for:
- Standard plans for single-family residences, duplex buildings, or townhomes
- Up to 5 standard plans or revisions per builder, per week
- Up to 20 submittals per weekly appointment

- Custom homes and ADU's
- Addition and/or remodels
- Repairs or replacements
