Dobbins Road: State Route 202 to 27th Avenue
The Phoenix Street Transportation Department is in the design phase of a project to improve the transportation network along Dobbins Road, from State Route 202 (Loop 202) to 27th Avenue.
This design effort aims to reduce traffic congestion, increase access to public transit and increase safety for pedestrians and people walking or riding bicycles. Improvements will also address drainage issues and mitigate flooding conditions.

Project Resources
The Dobbins Road Design Concept Report (DCR) Update was published in May 2017. It replaced the Dobbins Road DCR that was published in 2003.
The Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) Laveen South Mountain Transportation Study was published in December 2020.
