Mueller designed the gates and fence panels for three of the city's multi-generational facilities.  The steel panel designs were influenced by the work of Frank Lloyd Wright and Piet Mondrian, and reflect Mueller's impression of the buildings' architecture The panels were fabricated by Arizona artists Lyle London and Gary Slater. ​
