The City of Phoenix Planning and Development Department (PDD) in partnership with the Equal Opportunity Department (EOD) and Iota Phi Lamba invite you to attend Thrive in 2025 on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. This small business event is aimed at showcasing the City’s contracting needs and connecting small businesses to opportunities.

By attending, you will:

  • Participate in informational workshops to help you in becoming a City vendor and/or certified SBE/DBE provider.
  • Speak with department representatives to understand their goods and service needs and learn about upcoming solicitations.
  • Explore the site planning process and how to apply for construction permits, etc.
