These are the final official election results for the Phoenix Mayor and Council Election provided to the City by the Maricopa County Recorder's Office, which conducted the election.

This election was to elect a City of Phoenix Mayor and City Council Members for Districts 1, 3, 5 and 7 for a full four-year term that begins on April 19, 2021 and to vote on a ballot measure for the Alternative Expenditure Limitation (Home Rule). These items appeared on the State General Election ballot for City of Phoenix voters only.

These results became official upon the canvass of vote by City Council, which occurred at the Formal City Council Meeting on Wednesday, December 2, 2020.

Because no candidate for Council Districts 3 and 7 received a majority of the votes cast (50% plus one vote) at the November 3, 2020 election, a Runoff Election will be held on March 9, 2021 between the two candidates receiving the highest number of votes at the November election.
